Dr. Eduardo Palomino

RESEARCH INTERESTS

The design, synthesis, and discovery of anticancer agents have been the core of my scientific endeavors for the past 25 years. Design of new compounds is normally preceded by computational calculations based on the structure and activity of known agents in the cancer armamentarium. Discovery of new agents is an ongoing process with sources often derived from plants. New biological materials have been brought from the South American Rain Forest.
